Used this company a few times now and where do I start , could not fault them from start to finish always gave me updates when I needed them and the van was delivered straight to my door with no questions asked absolutely love my purchase and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend this company to all friends and family.

Where do I start I needed a van as my business had grown rapidly and couldn’t get one anywhere as it’s a new business but rent to buy vans within 24hours accepted me I was kept up to date during the whole process I then got a train to Southampton airport and literally a 5 min walk I was welcomed in by the friendly staff there sorted some bits and I was on my way Due to this being a very long term deal now we asked permission to make it ours which was granted Stuart has been a absolute star though out I really recommend these guys and they will now have a customer for life The customer aftercare is also outstanding Thanks guys

UPDATED REVIEW! I can confidently say that this company knows exactly how to treat their customers and I cannot fault them one bit! They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Josh , Ben, the guys in the workshop that rectified all of the vehicle defects, thank you. I am a business owner myself and fully accept that sometimes things can go wrong. I accept that fully. However what I really measure a company by is how they go about putting things right! I flagged up the vehicle defects, and within days I was given a loan van whilst they worked on my vehicle and put all faults right. Every phonecall I made to the company has been nothing short of pleasant, really nice guys and nothing is too much trouble for them. I also had to change the banking details and date for my direct debit, and Helen in accounts was so accommodating and friendly, overall a very painless experience. I now have my van back that was personally delivered to me and it seems to be in great shape!! Thank you Stuart , Ben, Josh, Helen and anyone else that was involved in putting right this problem! Five stars and very highly recommended. Original review below: Very painless experience from application to collection of the van. Dealt with Stuart Weston who was a really nice chap and very helpful. Unfortunately on my way home after collecting the van the engine management light came on. The drivers window doesn't work and the passenger seat is jammed. I have contacted the after sales team today who were again, really nice and apologetic and have assured me that these defects will be rectified promptly. As a business owner myself I appreciate these things can happen, and so far customer service has been really good. Unfortunately I can only rate 2 stars at this time based on the great customer service but let down and inconvenienced by these vehicle defects and it will have a detrimental effect on my business, however I am happy to update once resolved.
