There is an initial rental upfront followed by between 36 to 48 monthly payments, on conclusion of the agreement it is just a £99 final payment and the van is yours!

INITIAL PAYMENT & CHARGES
The term of the agreement is made up of 36 to 48 monthly payments on used vehicles and 48 monthly payments on NEW vehicles.
The initial payment is 3 monthly payments + Vat upfront (The initial payment is not a deposit)
The £200.00 initial deposit to secure the van comes of off the balance of the initial payment.
Followed by either 36 or 48 monthly payments + Vat.
Final Payment / option to purchase fee
On the final payment there is a £99 plus VAT option to purchase fee (Ownership will then be passed over to the hirer including title, spare key(s) and the tracker will be removed)
PAYMENT DUE DATE
Your first payment is due one month from the day of delivery.
MY MONTHLY PAYMENT
Each month we will forward you an invoice by email for you to make your monthly payment online.
Your monthly payment includes your road fund license.
We supply the vehicle with a new MOT or an existing MOT of no less than 9 months remaining.
You are responsible for subsequent MOTs after the current MOT has expired and any additional MOTs required for the duration of the hire agreement.
The vehicle will undergo an oil and filter service before we deliver the van to you (if applicable)
You are responsible for subsequent servicing in line with the manufactures schedule for the duration of the rental agreement (Please enquire if service interval information is required)
The van comes with 3 months warranty cover.
We also include 12 months AA Breakdown.
The logbook and any additional paperwork including any spare keys are retained by us till the agreement is completed. If a copy of the logbook is required for permit purposes or work reasons, please contact us.
You can return the vehicle at any point by giving 28 days’ notice with no cancellation fees (fees may apply for damage, excess mileage or outstanding payments due)
Maximum Of 3,000 miles per month (excess mileage will be charged monthly at 20p +Vat) any excess mileage charges paid will be deducted from the total payable amount at the end of the agreement.
TRACKERS / IMOBOLISERS
Each vehicle Is fitted with a tracker / immobiliser, in the event your vehicle is stolen please notify our office.
On the rare occasion we do reserve the right to immobilise a vehicle if a customer has missed payments and contact has not been established.
We understand there may be a time when a payment maybe delayed due to reasons out of your control please contact us if your payment is going to be late.
COLLECTION OF YOUR VAN
Collection is from one of our two sites in Southampton and within a 5 minute walk of a train station, typical turnaround from reserving a van to be ready for collection is 10 to 14 days.
