Warranty duration is 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Full cover, exclusions, repair limits and claim requirements are set out in the warranty documentation supplied with the vehicle.

Take the van to a local garage for a diagnostic check and a detailed repair quotation.

Send it to our aftersales team
Email the diagnostic report and quotation to aftersales@vansco.co.uk before any repair work begins.

Wait for approval
Our team will review the report and may contact the garage if more information is needed.

Authorised repair
Once approved, the agreed repair can be carried out. Keep the paperwork and final invoice.

Approved costs reimbursed
Send the final invoice to us and we will reimburse the approved repair cost in line with the warranty terms.
